I wasn't billed correctly for my MacFun purchase.

You will need to contact Customer Support and include the following
information:
-Order Number
-Date of purchase,
-Product Purchase
-Description of transaction error.

What games do you have available for Windows machines?

MacFun is for Mac users. We are currently in the process of partnering with a Windows only site. In the interim click on the original developer's link to see if they have a windows version available.

What payment methods are accepted?

At this time, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When I double-click the game icon, to begin play, the game crashes.

Please confirm you are running 10.3.9, it is a free update from 10.3. If you have 10.3.9 attempt to start the game after a fresh restart. If this still does not work, please contact Customer Support.

My game says I can only play for 60 minutes! What's going on?

Well, while we love making games for a living (it's probably the coolest job you can get this side of "Roller Coaster Tester"), that's what it is--our living. So we provide try-outs of our games and if you like them, you can buy them, no pressure. If you don't like them, you don't have to buy them.

If you decide you'd like to play longer than 60 minutes, consider buying copies of the games you like! We'll be your best friends.

Okay, I've bought my game! How do I start playing?

After you buy your game, you'll get an e-mail with your game code. Follow these steps to finish purchasing your game:

1. Launch the game by double-clicking its icon.

2. When the Buy Now screen appears, click Enter Code.

3. The Enter Code window will appear and ask for your name, e-mail address, and registration code. You can find these in the confirmation e-mail you received after buying the game.

4. After you've entered your information, click OK.

If you've lost your code (say, if you accidentally deleted your confirmation e-mail), enter your name and e-mail address, and then click Lost Code.
